DialMyCalls simplifies Group messaging [Tips]

We all have felt the need of a good group messaging system at some point or the other. Be it for inviting your friends over for a party, communicating your customers about the launch of a new product, announcing a new promotion scheme, etc. We showed you earlier, how you can achieve this using SMS (text messaging). We now move one step forward, where you can (almost) call everyone and tell people about the message.

A new VoIP service, DialMyCalls makes group messaging ridiculously easy. All you need to do is record the message that you need to send out and define the users who should receive the message. You can further customize the call options like the Caller ID (to enable them to call back) and time of delivery of the message. Thats it!!!

The system is intelligent enough to detect voicemail and answering machines and starts sending the message only when the voicemail is ready to record. It can also email the message to the list of recipients. You also get detailed call reports with the results of individual call. The free service, however, is limited to 1 group call per day with a 30 second message, to a group size of 25 only. Also, the service is limited to US numbers only. But if you need to send messages to a larger group, you can always go for the paid version. The paid version is also relatively inexpensive. You can find out more about the paid plans here.

I would recommend that you give DialMyCalls a try. The service can definitely save a lot of time and money. You can signup for a new account here. Let us know how you feel about it...
